Also, thank you for this opportunity to share some information about myself and the philosophy that I employ in all real estate transactions. 

 

I became a NYS licensed realtor in April 1988.  Prior to my licensure, I spent six years with my two wonderful children, Alex and Nick.  During that time, I helped my husband in managing our growing investment property business.  We live in the New Hartford area and have investment properties scattered throughout the region. 

 

Following my licensure, I started working for Anthony Fumarola of A. Fumarola/Joyce Realty.  Since then, Anthony has devoted many hours of his time to ensure that I became educated in all aspects of real estate transactions.  He has also provided me with a positive role model, demonstrating the level of integrity and professionalism that I myself strive to achieve.  Anthony's 18+ years of experience in the real estate industry combined with my own need to learn and desire to succeed, have already proven to be a great combination!

 

   As I continue to learn and grow in the real estate profession, I have several personal philosophies that I intend to use to better serve  my clients and customers.  The first is to always maintain a positive attitude in everything I do.  A positive outlook is a great tool.  It not only helps to develop and maintain strong relationships, it also helps to get the job done right!  Also, I strive to to be creative in my approach towards all real estate endeavors.  I believe that a bit of creativity and a lot of hard work will serve to prove my commitment to customer satisfaction!
